Why does money win elections?
Because too many voters have been reduced to targets instead of citizens.

Political Consultants talk about "votes per dollar" like it's normal. But that only makes sense if people's votes can be bought; not with cash, but with ads, mailers, and manipulation. That's not democracy. That's marketing.

People aren't really selling their votes, they're surrendering them. Why? Because they feel powerless, disconnected, cynical. And in that vacuum, the loudest, richest voices dominate.

The Jeffersonian Party is working to change that.

Real self-government means citizens—not consultants—decide our future. That starts with local action, face-to-face deliberation, and a community where every person knows they matter.

We're not running a campaign to buy votes. We're building a movement to restore ownership of our government.
